Refund Policy
Try Xtreme Tv free first. If you've already paid and it isn't a fit, here's how we handle it — no runaround.
IPTV is a digital service, so we treat refunds a bit differently than physical goods. The short version: try it free for a day before you spend anything. If you do pay and something's off, tell us within 24 hours and we'll sort it out. The longer version is below.
1. The Free Trial Comes First
Every visitor can grab a 24-hour free trial without handing over a card. You'll get the full channel lineup, the EPG, and access on every device the plan supports. That's on purpose. We'd rather you test the streams in your own house, on your own internet, than gamble on a paid plan and ask for your money back later.
Head to our Free Trial page to spin one up. The trial ends on its own after 24 hours. Nothing rolls over, nothing gets billed.
2. Refund Window After You Pay
Decided to subscribe and it's not working out? You have 24 hours from the payment timestamp to ask for a refund, provided your login hasn't been activated and used. Here's how that breaks down in practice:
- The clock starts the moment your payment clears, not when you remember to file the request.
- This window covers your first purchase only. Renewals and upgrades aren't refundable.
- Money goes back to the same card or wallet you paid from — we can't redirect it.
- Your bank usually shows the credit in 3 to 7 business days. PayPal is faster, crypto is irreversible.
3. Once Your Login Is Sent, the Service Is Considered Delivered
This is the part most refund policies bury, so we'll say it plainly. Once we email your credentials and you've logged in, the subscription has been delivered. After that point, refunds are at our discretion and we'll usually offer credit, a plan swap, or technical help before cash back. It's the same way most digital goods work.
If the stream is broken and we can't fix it, that's different — see section 6.
4. How to Ask for a Refund
Two ways, both go to a real person:
- WhatsApp: message our support line — fastest, usually replied to within the hour.
- Contact form: fill out our contact page — good if you'd rather write it out.
Include the email you signed up with and the rough date you paid. That's all we need to find the order. Refunds are reviewed within 48 hours, often the same day.
5. Renewals Roll Over Automatically
Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel first. Renewal charges aren't refundable, so if you don't plan to stick around, cancel at least 24 hours before the next bill date. Need help cancelling? Ping us on WhatsApp and we'll handle it for you.
6. When a Refund Probably Won't Happen
We're not trying to wriggle out of anything, but a few situations fall outside the policy:
- You asked more than 24 hours after the payment cleared.
- The account got suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — things like sharing your login with strangers or reselling our service.
- You filed a chargeback through your bank before talking to us. Chargebacks automatically suspend the account, and once the dispute is open we can't issue a parallel refund. Always message us first.
- You paid with crypto. We can offer credit on a different plan, but blockchain payments can't be reversed once they're confirmed.
7. Technical Problems Aren't a Reason to Give Up
If channels are buffering, missing, or won't load, message support before you ask for your money back. Most issues are a five-minute fix — usually a DNS change, an app reinstall, or switching servers. We're on WhatsApp around the clock and can usually have you streaming again before the refund email would even land.
If we genuinely can't fix the problem on our end, you'll get a full refund regardless of which day of the cycle you're on. That's the deal.
8. Chargebacks: Please Don't
If you open a dispute with your card issuer or PayPal, the account is suspended immediately while the bank investigates. We always win these cases because the service was delivered, but it costs everyone time and money. If something's wrong, just message us — we move faster than your bank ever will.
9. Policy Changes
We can update this page if our refund process changes. Updates apply from the publication date forward. If you bought a plan under an older version of this policy, you're covered by the rules that were in place when you paid.
10. Still Got Questions?
Anything in here unclear? Drop us a message or ping us on WhatsApp. We'd rather answer questions up front than argue about refunds later.
